Check-in is keyless via a secure key safe, arrival time is from 16:00 and fully flexible. Check-out by 11:00. Late check-out without prior approval may result in a fee equal to the daily rate. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Unauthorized guests will result in a fee of €50/night per additional person. No parties or gatherings. Music must remain at a non-disruptive level, especially given the apartment building setting. Violations: €750 fine and immediate eviction. Pets are not allowed — €250 fine for violations. No smoking inside the apartment — €750 fine for violations. A security deposit is required via a third-party app. The amount depends on the length of your stay, with a minimum of €300. This is processed as a Visa card block and will be automatically released 3 days after check-out, provided no issues are reported. Additional charges apply for damages, cleanliness issues, or rule violations. No daily cleaning service included. Starter supplies provided. Please report any broken items immediately. Missing or damaged items may be claimed through the booking platform. Parking: paid street parking available directly in front of the building. Covered parking at Parking Searena, approximately 10 minutes on foot. Wi-Fi provided. Smart TV available — log in to your personal streaming accounts. Items left behind will be stored for 6 months before disposal. No fireworks or illegal activities — violations result in immediate termination of the stay. Lock all doors when leaving or at night. Do not flush paper towels, tampons, or other items. Please load and run the dishwasher or wash dishes before check-out. Leave the apartment tidy and return the key to the safe upon departure.
